Earl Chandler
Earl Chandler, head mechanic in the grounds and transportation department, died November 18, 2004.
Earl began working at Ãļ§Ö±²¥ in 1968 and retired in 1990. His co-workers remember him for his willingness to help anyone who asked, especially with automobile repairs. Before Ãļ§Ö±²¥, he served in the US Army in Germany and received several medals.
He was survived by wife Elizabeth, also a Ãļ§Ö±²¥ retiree, as well as by four daughters, 11 grandchildren, an uncle, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
