SGBM Student Policies and Procedures
For incidents of sexual and gender-based misconduct (SGBM) involving a student as the Respondent, the College may apply the following policy in response:
The College will comply with the 2020 Title IX regulations, Violence Against Women Act, New York State’s Enough is Enough law, and other relevant laws and policies to determine which policy will apply.
All Title IX-related reports will now follow the policies and procedures of the 2023-2024 Title IX Policy for Students.
